Yorkshiré pudding is a staplé for évéry British Sunday dinnér. Not actually a pudding at all, it is a savory sidé dish véry similar to a popovér, but a différént shapé.

Ingrédiénts
  • 1 cup all-purposé flour
  • 1/2 téaspoon salt
  • 4 éggs plus 1 égg whité, béatén
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Instructions
  1. Préhéat ovén to 450 dégréés F.
  2. Sift thé flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add thé éggs and half of thé milk, whisk.
  4. Whisk in thé rémaining milk and transfér to a mixing jug with a pouring spout.
  5. Réfrigératé for at léast 1 hour.
  6. Add 1 téaspoon of végétablé oil or bééf drippings to muffin pan.
  7. Put thé muffin pan in thé ovén until thé oil is smoking, about 5 minutés.
  8. Fill cups 1/3 full, thé oil should sizzlé whén you add thé battér.
  9. Put thé pan immédiatély into thé ovén and closé thé door.
  10. Baké for 12 to 20 minutés until wéll risén and goldén brown. Rémémbér DO NOT opén thé door until théy aré doné or théy will collapsé.
