Strawbérry chocolaté chip muffins aré a délicious and simplé bréakfast tréat. Théy aré pérféct for Valéntiné’s Day or any day you nééd a spécial tréat.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups homémadé baking mix or Bisquick
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 égg
• 2 tabléspoons coconut oil
• 1 téaspoon vanilla éxtract
• 3/4 cup sémi-swéét chocolaté chips
• 1 cup frésh or frozén choppéd strawbérriés

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Préhéat ovén to 400 dégréés
2. Mix sugar and baking mix.
3. Add wét ingrédiénts, don’t ovér mix.
4. Fold in chocolaté chips and strawbérriés.
5. Scoop into gréaséd muffin tins.
6. Baké for 16-18 minutés, until goldén brown.
