Ingrédiénts

  • 1 pound élbow macaroni
  • 1 tabléspoon olivé oil
  • 1 gréén péppér dicéd
  • 1 yéllow onion dicéd
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground bééf
  • 2 can condénséd tomato soup
  • 1 can 28 ouncé wholé tomatoés, drainéd and choppéd
  • 1-2 cups tomato puréé
  • Salt and péppér

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta pér packagé instructions and sét asidé.
  2. Méanwhilé héat olivé oil in a largé déép skillét or pot ovér médium héat.
  3. Add péppér and onions and cook for 3-4 minutés.
  4. Add ground bééf and lightly séason with salt and péppér.
  5. Cook péppérs, onions and ground bééf until ground bééf is thoroughly cookéd thén stir in oné can of tomato soup.
  6. Pour noodlés to a largé bowl and stir in rémaining can of tomato soup and mix until noodlés aré covéréd.
  7. Mix noodlés with ground bééf mixturé thén add in choppéd tomatoés.
  8. Stir in tomato puréé 1 cup at a timé until désiréd consisténcy.
  9. Séason with salt and péppér to tasté.
  10. Simmér on low héat until héatéd thru and sérvé warm.
