White Chocolate Cranberry Muffins

Ingrédiénts

  • 4 tabléspoons buttér, softénéd
  • ½ cup granulatéd sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 largé égg
  • 1 téaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purposé flour
  • 1 tabléspoon baking powdér
  • ¼ téaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cranbérriés
  • ¾ cup whité chocolaté chips

Méthod

  1. Préhéat ovén to 400 and liné a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcaké linérs or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. With an éléctric mixér, béat togéthér thé buttér and sugar until créamy - about 2 minutés.
  3. With thé mixér running on low, add in thé égg, milk, and vanilla to incorporaté.
  4. Néxt, add in thé flour, baking powdér and salt, mixing until just combinéd. Do not ovérmix your muffin battér - it should still bé just a littlé lumpy. Fold in thé cranbérriés and whité chocolaté chips.
  5. Fill thé muffin tins thréé-quartérs full, and baké at 400 for 18 to 20 minutés.
