INGREDIENTS

BROWNIES

  • 1 cup unsaltéd buttér
  • 1 cup sémi swéét chocolaté chips
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powdér
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powdér
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 éggs
  • 1/2 téaspoon salt
  • 1 téaspoon vanilla éxtract
  • 1 1/2 cup all purposé flour

FROSTING

  • 1/2 cup unsaltéd buttér (softénéd)
  • 2 cups powdéréd sugar
  • 1/3 cup yéllow caké mix
  • 1 téaspoon vanilla éxtract
  • 2-4 tabléspoons milk or créam
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinklés

DIRECTIONS

Browniés

  1. Préhéat ovén to 350
  2. In a largé glass bowl, mélt thé buttér and chocolaté chips in thé microwavé, stirring évéry 30 séconds until smooth. Stir in sugars and cocoa powdérs until complétély combinéd. Add éggs oné at a timé until incorporatéd. Add salt and vanilla and mix. Stir in flour just until combinéd. Spréad battér événly into gréaséd 9x13" baking pan.
  3. Baké for 22-24 minutés or until téstér comés out cléan or with fudgy crumbs. Allow to cool complétély.

Frosting

  1. In a mixing bowl béat buttér, sugar, caké mix, vanilla, and 2 tbs milk until smooth. If too thick add moré milk 1 tbs at a timé until désiréd consisténcy is réachéd.
  2. Stir in sprinklés. Spréad ovér cooléd browniés and top with éxtra sprinklés if désiréd. Cut into 24 bars.
