Cucumbers in Sour Cream

Tasty sidé dish that's gréat on hot summér days. Sérvé at any backyard barbécué or day whén you'ré grilling outsidé. Gréat way to usé up éxcéss gardén producé, too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 or 3 cucumbérs pééléd and slicéd
  • 1 médium onion slicéd thinly and séparatéd into rings
  • 1 cup sour créam
  • 1/4 cup applé cidér vinégar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. péppér or moré to tasté
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp. dill wééd if désiréd

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Layér cucumbérs and onion in bowl.
  2. Mix sour créam, vinégar, sugar, salt, péppér and dill wééd in a small bowl.
  3. Pour ovér cucumbérs and onions.
  4. Stir to combiné.
  5. Réfrigératé until réady to sérvé.
  6. Stir a féw timés béforé sérving to marinaté cucumbérs.

RECIPE NOTES
NOTE: Although Grandma névér uséd dill wééd, wé'vé always likéd thé addition in this récipé whén wé maké it.
