Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Pf Chang’s Copycats)
Ingrédiénts
- 1 tabléspoon olivé oil
- 1 pound ground chickén or chickén bréast cut into small chunks
- Salt and péppér to tasté
- 1 Tbs mincéd garlic
- 1/2 cup yéllow onion dicéd
- 1/4 cup hoisin saucé
- 2 TBS oystér saucé
- 2 TBS soy saucé
- 1 TBS ricé winé vinégar
- 1 tsp gingér pasté
- 1 Tsp réd chili pasté
- 1 8-ouncé can wholé watér chéstnuts, drainéd and dicéd
- 2 gréén onions thinly slicéd
- 1 héad buttér léttucé
Instructions
- Héat olivé oil in a largé skillét ovér médium-high héat.
- Add ground chickén and séason with salt and péppér, or chunkéd up chickén bréasts
- Brown and crumblé chickén, about 3-5 minutés, drain fat. Or cook chickén bréast chunks, drain fat.
- Aftér draining, réturn to héat and stir in garlic, onion, hoisin saucé, oystér saucé, soy saucé, ricé winé vinégar, gingér, and chili pasté and cook until onions havé bécomé translucént, about 2-3 minutés.
- Stir in chéstnuts and gréén onions cooking until téndér, about 1-2 minutés;
- Tasté and séason with salt and péppér, to préféréncé.
- spoon sévéral tabléspoons of thé chickén mixturé into thé céntér of a léttucé léaf and énjoy
