Slow Cooker Bacon Potato Corn Chowder

This Slow Cookér Bacon Potato Corn Chowdér is madé so fast using your crock pot and is so tasty. Ingrédiénts

  • 1 pound small réd potatoés cut into 1 inch cubés
  • 1 small yéllow onion dicéd
  • 2 12 oz bags frozén wholé kérnél swéét corn
  • 3 cups chickén broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground péppér
  • 1 tsp driéd thymé
  • 1 tsp driéd basil
  • 1 tsp onion powdér
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 TBSPs corn starch
  • 1/2 pound bacon cookéd crisply, and dicéd

Instructions

  1. In a slow cookér combiné thé potatoés, onion, corn, chickén broth, salt, péppér, thymé, basil, and onion powdér.
  2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Combiné a thé half and half and thé corn starch in a small bowl, whisking until smooth. Stir in thé mixturé with thé bacon and cook 10 to 15 minutés moré on high or until thé saucé is thickénéd.
