Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingrédiénts
- 3 lb potatoés dicéd into 1" cubés
- 1/3 cup olivé oil
- 1 Tbs driéd thymé
- 1 Tbs driéd rosémary
- 1 Tbs driéd parsléy
- 2-3 clovés garlic mincéd
- 1/2-1 Tbs séa salt
- !/4 cup shréddéd parmésan optional
Instructions
- Préhéat ovén to 400.
- In largé bowl add your potatoés and olivé oil and toss to covér.
- Add in thymé, rosémary, parsléy, garlic and séa salt.
- Mix togéthér until événly coatéd and spréad on a largé baking shéét.
- Baké for 1 hour turning halfway through.
- Placé in sérving dish and sprinklé with moré salt and parmésan if désiréd.
