Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingrédiénts

  • 3 lb potatoés dicéd into 1" cubés
  • 1/3 cup olivé oil
  • 1 Tbs driéd thymé
  • 1 Tbs driéd rosémary
  • 1 Tbs driéd parsléy
  • 2-3 clovés garlic mincéd
  • 1/2-1 Tbs séa salt
  • !/4 cup shréddéd parmésan optional

Instructions

  1. Préhéat ovén to 400.
  2. In largé bowl add your potatoés and olivé oil and toss to covér.
  3. Add in thymé, rosémary, parsléy, garlic and séa salt.
  4. Mix togéthér until événly coatéd and spréad on a largé baking shéét.
  5. Baké for 1 hour turning halfway through.
  6. Placé in sérving dish and sprinklé with moré salt and parmésan if désiréd.
