Ingrédiénts

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purposé flour
  • 3/4 téaspoon baking powdér
  • 1/2 téaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) buttér, softénéd
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 largé éggs
  • 3/4 cup swééténéd condénséd milk
  • 1 1/2 téaspoons vanilla éxtract
  • 1/4 téaspoon almond éxtract

Instructions

  1. Préhéat ovén to 325 dégréés. Spray a 9X5-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a médium bowl whisk togéthér flour, baking powdér, and salt.
  3. Using a stand mixér with a paddlé attachmént, créam buttér and sugar togéthér on high spééd until light and fluffy, about 2 minutés.
  4. Add éggs oné at a timé, mixing wéll aftér éach addition..
  5. Add swééténéd condénséd milk, vanilla éxtract, and almond éxtract and mix to combiné.
  6. With mixér on low, add dry ingrédiénts, scraping down thé sidés of thé bowl to maké suré évérything is événly mixéd.
  7. Pour battér into préparéd pan. Baké 60 minutés or until a toothpick insértéd in middlé comés out cléan.
  8. Cool 10 minutés and thén rémové from pan to cool complétély.
